You may cancel this contract without any penalty or obligation within 30 Days from of before the date of purchase or receipt of the vacation certificate, which ever occur later. You may also cancel this contract if accommodations or facilities are not available pursuant to a request for use as provided in the contract. No purchaser should rely upon representations other than those included in this contract. This contract is for the purchase of a vacation certificate and puts all assignees on notice of the consumer's right to cancel under section 559.933, Florida Statutes. TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. This vacation offer is valid for four (4) days and three (3) nights or three (3) days and two (2) nights (double occupancy) based on destination for standard hotel accommodations at one (1) of the destinations provided herein. If married, both husband and wife must travel together. Must have a combined household income of at least $50,000 per year.
2. All reservations are subject to space availability and to special event weeks. Special events in selected locations and holidays in most locations have very limited availability.
3. This vacation is for two (2) adults, who must be twenty-five years of age or older, and possess and carry a major credit card. There is an additional cost per day for extra guests. Additional room nights are available at a special discounted rate. A $60.00 USD refundable deposit is required. Deposit must be made by credit card. (Visa, MasterCard, or American Express).
4. Once your reservations are confirmed, you may proceed with your transportation plans. We recommend that you do not book your air reservations until your reservations has been confirmed for the dates of your choice. For discounted airfare call 1-866-746-0583.
5. Whenever possible we try to accommodate your first requested reservation dates. Telephone reservations cannot be accepted. Confirmation will be mailed within 14 days of receiving your reservation request. You will be given as much notice of confirmation as possible, so that you may proceed with your transportation plans.
6. The Welcome Center of Daytona Beach, LLC reserves the right to add/remove destinations without prior notice.
7. Reservations should be submitted at least thirty (30) days in advance, however we can accommodate any reasonable request for travel.
8. This vacation offer is valid for accommodations only. It does not include transportation, food, beverages, taxes, portage, gratuities, service charges or personal incidental expenses.
9. This vacation offer is not redeemable for cash or any other consideration. Two (2) or more vacations offers cannot be used concurrently or for group travel. Travelers may not use the vacation offer for the same destination within a one-year period of each other.
10. This vacation offer is fully transferable, should you wish to use it as a gift, subject to all terms and conditions.
11. While on vacation you will be offered exciting vacation opportunities by one of our hosting resorts in the hopes that you will vacation with them in the future. The vacation presentation lasts approximately 90 to 120 minutes.
12. The Welcome Center of Daytona Beach, LLC is not to be held responsible for any act of God, and/or any other circumstances beyond our control, causing destinations to become unavailable. In the event that such a circumstance occurs, The Welcome Center of Daytona Beach, LLC will offer a substitute destination.
13. To receive a refund of your deposit, submit your completed "validation form" to The Welcome Center of Daytona Beach, LLC within 30 days of completing your travel. Upon receipt of completed form, your deposit refund credit will be issued. You will receive the "validation form" with your confirmation letter.
14. This offer is valid for one (1) year from date of purchase, and can be extended subject to destination charges.
15. This contract is for the purchase of a vacation certificate and puts all assignees on notice of the consumer's right to cancel under Section 559.933, Florida Statues. No purchaser should rely upon representation other than those included in this contract.
